Carolina's love for hair and make up started at an early age. Since she was a little girl Carolina has been inspired by editorial hair and make up. Deciding to move to California, Carolina went to San Diego City College to peruse her dreams of becoming a hairstylist. After cosmetology school Carolina moved to Orange County to work for the legendary Toni and Guy Corporation. With in the 10 years at Toni and Guy Carolina received education including cutting, styling and avant garde. Carolina soon became an Art Team member peaking at the highest level of Senior Art Director . While on Art Team she created a love affair with creating editorial looks which lead to the title of "Hairdresser of the Year" for 2009 for the Toni and Guy Photography awards. Her awards also include awards for texture, cut and avant garde.
Carolina's love for editorial grew on her and she eventually made her way up to Los Angeles. Now working as a full time freelance artist she is living her dream.
Carolina's resume includes LA fashion week, NY fashion week, The Emmy's, SAG awards, Video shoots, look books for various fashion houses, editorials for various magazines and hairstyling books. Working with Alan Tudyk, Maria Thayer, Daniel Dae Kim, Josh Holloway, Harold Perrineau, Sarah Rue, Eva laRue , Guillermo Diaz, Jamie Ray Newman, Bianca Lawson, Katie Featherson, Ryan Newman, Sharna Burgess, Jenna Fischer , Julie Benz, Stacey Keibler , Kevin Nealon, Adrienne Maloof , and many more.
